Without having to fight for a parking space in a hotel without having the noises from other people and other rooms here and everything your neighbor above you blow you and right beside you is doing. The cabin was a small but it was cozy it offered the basic amenities which some hotels don't offer in Cherokee like a microwave and a refrigerator.
The only noises we heard during our past weekend at the squirrel cabin was it passing cars which are very few on the road. It's just a hop and one windy mountain Curry road and a jump to cell service and the casino a total of 10 minute drive.
